This is a home I recently toured that I thought was very different from what you typically see in Charleston. The 7,000 sqft home is located in Daniel Island Park on the creek. It has some of the more modern details you will see in any house in our area. The exterior is stately and the interior has a bit of flair. Not a 100% my taste, but I am more prone to like coastal decor when a home is creek front. I think the owners will have interesting time selling the home, but as they say, “there is a buyer for everything”. The buyer for this home will have to part with about $6 million.
