Saw a cool house the other day in Dunes West that kind of stood out from the pack. The home is located at 1305 King Bird Ct. in the Harbour(yes that is how they spell it) subsection of Dunes West. The home is large by most standards, at 4,265 sqft. 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. Nice crown, very well maintained and a great set-up in rear yard for entertaining — pool.
I would say if you are shopping in the $800k range, in Mt. Pleasant and wanting a golf course community, than you might want to see this one.
