I was on Daniel Island today with a nice couple from New York and had the chance to show the new condos that sit along the Wando River called Riverside North (Fairbank Oaks Alley). They are upscale for sure, rich views, and a private 50 foot boat slip — all come standard, with the roughly 3,200 sqft homes.
They are equipped with Dacor appliances, ample crown molding and hardwood floors through-out most of the home. They also come with a full membership to the famed Daniel Island Club.
Great location, and maybe worth a look for those of you shopping for a deep-water lifestyle with ease of condo living.
