I figured from time to time, I would highlight a luxury neighborhood in the Charleston, SC area. As I have mentioned before Charleston is full of luxury homes, but today we are going to focus on Olde Park located in Mt. Pleasant, SC, which is an upscale suburb of Historic Charleston.
Olde Park isn’t old as its name implies, the neighborhood mimics homes of the 1800 and early 1900’s, but was originally laid out in the mid-1990’s. There are 114 home sites and nearly 85% now have homes on them. The minimum square footage is 3,000 sqft but I have never shown or seen one less than the mid-4,000’s for sqft. The lots most homes sit on are .35 to 1.00 acres and are heavily treed. The homes are really impressive and with Historic Charleston, Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island less than 10 mins away, it is easily one of the best spots in Charleston, SC to live.
Homeowners of Olde Park have the option to use the amenities of their neighboring subdivision, I’on. The I’on Club offers a pool, tennis courts, country club and boat ramp.
The beautiful maintained entrance of Olde Park, the landscaping of the subdivision and the stately homes are all a must see for those shopping in the million dollar and up price-range in Mt. Pleasant, SC.
Catch a video I shot last year of the neighborhood. If you want more no-obligation information about luxury homes in the Charleston, SC area then call me, Bob, at 843-345-6074.

WOW!! Olde park sounds and looks wonderful! Plus the added bonus of being able to use the pool and the tennis courts etc. This would be a great place to live.
