My creative deal did go through for the million plus home I had listed on Sullivan’s Island. The buyer actually came to me via a blog post on this site.
2420 Atlantic Ave. on Sullivan’s Island recently closed. The previous owners had the home in the family for nearly 30 years. My buyers proposed owner financing and amazingly, after lengthy negotiation, we got them on the same page and it sold for $1.250 million — ask was $1.3 million.
The home was built in the 1920’s, is 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths and sits on a .50 acre street-to-street lot. The new owners have a love of history, and plan on completely restoring this vintage property.
